Before transitioning to commercial construction eight years ago, Ted spent 14 years in commercial real estate brokerage. During that time, he handled tenant representation and landlord leasing for office, retail and industrial properties, as well as gaining expertise in corporate services as a transaction manager overseeing multi-market lease transactions.

He previously worked in project manager roles at Doerre Construction and, most recently, Potter Construction, managing ground-up construction and interior upfits throughout the Southeast. Ted earned his bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill.
